SuperCharge offers comprehensive warranties for your new vehicle or marine battery. The benefits under these warranties are in addition to other legal rights you may have in relation to SuperCharge products.
Our wide range of vehicle, commercial, marine, deep cycle, dual purpose, hybrid, and motorcycle products are warranted against defects due to faulty manufacturing for the following periods commencing from the date of purchase:
Please note:
- Warranty is conditional upon practice within manufacturers’ guidelines and specifications
- Warranty is cancelled if battery packs are opened and original seals are broken
- Warranty is cancelled if batteries are directly connected to moisture
- SuperCharge Gold Plus Sealed MF – Up to 50 months
- SuperCharge Silver Plus Sealed MF – Up to 40 months
- SuperCharge Classic Accessible – Up to 30 months
- SuperCharge Truck Master Accessible – Up to 24 months
- SeaMaster Gold Sealed MF – Up to 24 months
- SeaMaster Accessible – Up to 18 months
- AMP-TECH Deep Cycle – Up to 60 months
- Allrounder Dual Purpose – Up to 24 months
- Taxi/Rideshare Use – Up to 12 months
- All Batteries for Commercial Use – up to 24 months
In New Zealand our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Fair Trading Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Your warranty does not cover the cost of labour for the removal of your vehicle or marine battery, or for the replacement of the unit into the vehicle, without SuperCharge’s prior written approval.

PROOF OF PURCHASE MUST BE PRODUCED
CHECK DATE AND APPLICATION IF PRIVATE OR COMMERCIAL USE
CHECK THE BATTERY FOR OBVIOUS DAMAGE
CONDUCT PERFORMANCE TEST
RECHARGING OF THE BATTERY MAYBE REQUIRED TO CONFIRM TESTS
Warranty will be voided if:
- Wrong vehicle application.
- Beyond warranty period.
- Signs of mishandling
- Damaged cover, casing, terminal posts, or plugs.
- Occurence of leaks brought about by damaged cover or casing
- Tampered codes and labels
- Signs of overcharging (bulging) and undercharging (sulphation)
Reminders
- DISCHARGED / FLAT battery is not a "warranty".
- Warranty only covers "MANUFACTURING DEFECTS".
- Battery may need to be returned to the manufacturer for testing if required.
- If a load tester is available it is recommended to use it to confirm the results.
- Make sure to key in the correct CCA or AH, whichever is applicable on the testers.
- Normal wear and tear which may mean not meeting the CCA or AH claim, is not a warranty.
- Warranty period is not renewed or extended should a battery replacement be approved
